excuse the brief nudity. It’s day 10 and i’m thinking about adding a plank challenege. I’ve been doing this in combination with a healthier diet, daily planks, and running three times a week. Very excited for results. My check points are 30 days, when this is over, 60 days and 90 days =]
Let me just say, the best motivation photo has not been a aberholic or model, but my own “day 1” pic. Seriously take a “day 1” on your phone and when you’re on the mill and feel like you’re done for the day pull it out and take a look… you’ll run an extra 6 laps.
